Enrolment options
The Classifier Recertification Course is for participants with previous certifications to update their skills and knowledge as a Classifier and verify their understanding of the Rules and Regulations, and updated processes and procedures for the 2025 to 2028 cycle.
There will be a defined instruction period and evaluation period set over several days and weeks.
Delivery
Online, asynchronous. Recordings will be made available following the sessions for participants unable to attend live.
The evaluations will be available to be completed over the period at a convenient time to the participant with time limits on each evaluation.
Registration
Only current Level 1, 2 and 3 Classifiers who have not been sanctioned are permitted to participate in the course. New Classifiers may take part in a course scheduled later.
Evaluations
All Classifiers wishing to renew their Level for the cycle must successfully pass the evaluations according to the requirements and experience. The evaluations consist of the following components:
- Theoretical
- Practical
- English language
- Interview (for Level 1 and 2 only)
Results will not be communicated immediately at the end of the course dates.
Technology Requirements
Participants require access to a computer, tablet or smartphone with a minimum internet connection speed of 0.5 MBps for the duration of the course.
We will provide further updates by the end of October 2024.
You have two options to register and make the payment.
Option 1. Online Payment.
- For an online payment, please Log in to your account on the HUB using your username and password.
- If you lost your password, click on “Lost password?” to reset it with your email address used for registration.
- Once you log in, go to “Courses” on top panel, select “Classifier”, scroll down and find “Classifier Recertification 2025-2028”.
- You will see all further instructions for an online payment.
Option 2. Bank transfer. You need an Invoice to pay at a bank in your country. Please send a request to info@WorldParaPowerlifting.org to receive it from the International Paralympic Committee.
